Screening Application

High-throughput siRNA based screening on a genome-scale is available at the Duke RNAi Facility via an investigator assisted model. The Facility staff will work with the investigator to develop and implement the assay system. The screen is performed at the Facility by the investigator with our assistance.

The screening application is a means to evaluate the assay system, its controls, and the status of adaptation to 384-well format. For any questions regarding the application, contact james.pearson@duke.edu
