BFRM: Bayesian Factor Regression Models

Bayesian Factor Regression Models (BFRM) is a software package for analysis of high dimensional data with relatively few observations. It is intended to discover a parsimonious factorization of a given data set, with the constraint that the loadings matrix has as many zeros as possible. It has been most used for the analysis of mRNA expression data and proteomic data.
